Introductory Workshop

The programme starts with a half-day workshop. The aim is to excite you about Connect and to set you all up for success. Run by one of the Wavelength team, this session identifies the personal and professional leadership challenges of the group and what your shared team mandate and focus will be during your participation in Connect.

On Your Marks

A three-day residential of world-class inspiration and insight on themes as diverse as Purpose, Disruption, Sustainability and Leading Change. Secluded in the Berkshire Downs, at Sheepdrove Conference Centre, we bring the best of the world’s leaders to the UK.


Recent speakers include senior leaders from Alibaba, Guardian Media Group, Women’s Football, FA, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Tesla, Aravind Eyecare System, Salesforce and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and commentators.

Wavelength opens the doors to the boardrooms and shop floors of a dynamic mix of iconic brands and hidden gems for participants to experience first-hand how they create and sustain brilliant customer service, recruit and retain great talent, innovate and excel in an online omni-channel world. These three-day modules are an unbeatable learning experience.

Our Leadership Masterclasses give unique access to experienced and successful leaders from a variety of sectors and industries. They share off-the-record insights into what they do day in and day out to keep their vision alive, to engage the hearts and minds of their people, to balance private and professional lives, and to deal with setbacks.

Wavelength Reconnect

Reconnect

For the final event of the core curriculum, the full membership meets for a two-day residential event back at Sheepdrove. Alongside sharing lessons learnt during the programme, we focus on the themes of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health in the Workplace, and explore how leaders manage their energy and time to drive change.

Recent speakers include senior leaders from Unilever, LEGO, Southbank Centre, Timpson’s, IKEA, Royal DSM and DPD.
