Wavelength is first and foremost a leadership business and we research, approach and use all the speakers we represent for our own events - as such we understand their strengths, the optimum format for their sessions and can vouch for their credibility.
We can discuss reduced rates for charities and social enterprises.
If there is a speaker you have in mind but you cannot see them on our site, please do ask us as invariably we will be able to get in touch with them.
The booking process
Upon your initial call with us we will go through all the details of the event: objective, audience, theme and budget and suggest speakers who we believe fit your requirements. We then liaise with the speakers to ascertain their availability and will make sure they provisionally hold the date in their diaries.
Once you have decided who you would like to move forward with, we will issue you a contract for signing. We will confirm the date with the chosen speaker.
Upon signing of the contract we require 50% of the speaker fee to be paid in advance.
Speaker fees vary according to the length of the presentation and the experience of the speaker, so we will discuss all fees with you over the phone. Fees are exclusive of VAT. You will also be liable to pay for any expenses incurred by the speaker such as travel, accommodation and subsistence. These costs are billed after the event with the final 50% of the fee.
To book a speaker please contact email@example.com or call 07717 716952.
Briefing your speaker
Once we have received the signed contract we will organise a briefing call with you and the speaker.
Once all timings and logistics have been discussed we will manage all the speakers’ logistical requirements. We will also ensure you receive any AV requirements and presentations in good time for your event.
We do require you to seek permission up front if you want to film or otherwise record our speaker at your event. Please ask to see our full terms and conditions for more information.
